On the product page of each item you will find an expected shipping time, such as 2-3 weeks. That shipping time stands for the term in which we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date on which you can expect the product at home. We always keep you informed of your order and the status of it.
On the day of delivery you will receive an SMS and / or e-mail with a delivery time between 9 am and 5 pm. Are you not at home to take delivery? Then a message will be left in the mailbox and you will be able to pick up the order for one week at the nearest collection point.
Please note: your order will be delivered to the front door, but the packaging will not be removed or taken away by the delivery partner.
The standard delivery costs are based on the subtotal of the items in your shopping basket before discounts and costs have been applied. Exceptions are made for large objects. When ordering, you can always check the order and we will contact you about any delivery by courier and give a quote for the costs.
When you have placed an order, you can no longer change its content. However, you can adjust your contact and delivery details in My order as long as your order has not yet left our depot.
We love our eye-cayschers and are sure that you will be happy as soon as your product is delivered. If that is not the case, you can return it within fourteen days of delivery and you will get your money back. Then contact us. We refund the purchase price of the item. After we have received it in good order.
Packages delivered by PostNL and DPD can be brought in the Netherlands to a collection point in your area. In Belgium this is possible for orders delivered via DPD. Send a message to our customer service with the reason for your return, and mention your personal order number. Our customer service will mail you a label that you can stick on the package, and a list of collection points in your area.

The costs for return shipping with a label given by us will be settled with the refund. Contact us for a new shipping label. The cost of the return shipment will always be the same after you have paid for the shipment.
If you have to return an item because it is damaged or because we have done something wrong, we will not charge you for the return or pick up costs.
However, if you have changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel it after delivery, you will have to pay for the return or collection costs. You will pay a one-off return or pick-up fee on the subtotal of the products you send back on the total costs of this.
We can only refund you according to the payment method you used for the order. Have you canceled an order that has not yet been shipped? This will be immediately refunded: the amount will be on your account within a few working days up to a maximum of four weeks, depending on your bank and the chosen payment method. Is it a returned order? Then it will only be implemented when the products have arrived back in our distribution center where they are checked for possible damage.
